Return Costs

For Defective Products: There is no cost to the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. Optew will cover the return shipping costs in these instances.

For Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (£0).

How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

Send it Back: Once authorized, please drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier location as instructed in our email.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

Refund Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
