The Mountain Equipment Citadel Jacket provides substantial synthetic warmth for winter belays. This version uses a windproof, highly water-resistant GORE-TEX INFINIUM outer with PrimaLoft Gold insulation and aerogel for warmth, compressibility and performance in damp conditions.
Shoulder Shield construction avoids seams across the shoulders and arms to help reduce heat loss and water entry. The helmet-compatible Super Alpine hood is fully adjustable and has a wired visor for coverage in exposed conditions.
Two zipped hand pockets, two Napoleon chest pockets, internal mesh pockets and a bottle holder offer practical storage. A Mountain Fit allows room for layers, with adjustable cuffs and dual tether hem drawcords to close out draughts. The two-way front zip has an insulated rear baffle.
