The Patagonia Nano Air Light Vest provides lightweight core warmth for stop-start mountain activity. Stretchy FullRange insulation allows excess heat to escape during harder efforts while retaining warmth when the pace slows.

The 40g insulation is made from polyester with 93% recycled content. Mechanical stretch and 35 CFM air permeability support comfortable movement and airflow, while the shell has a DWR finish for light moisture resistance.

Two handwarmer pockets and a low-profile zipped chest pocket keep essentials close without adding much bulk beneath a harness or pack. The vest stuffs into its chest pocket, and dual hem adjustments help fine-tune the fit.
